I've always had great experiences with the service center at Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota, and my appointment with Caleigh Ward on Dec 9 was no exception. By the time I pulled up to Caleigh's service desk after entering the garage, there was already a report on the treadwear and alignment of my tires waiting for me courtesy of a speed bump device I rolled over as I drove in. Service manager Martin Gutierrez and Lionel are the Best. I had a very good experience with mister Martin servicing my car. I recommend Mr. Martin and Mike Johnson's Toyota of Hickory.
Stay away from this place - slick talking, pleasant service people who will call and try to add any and all services they can (needed or not) after you drop your vehicle off for service. Oh and the kicker, they'll add a 3% service charge if you use a credit card - something that isn't mentioned when you pay your invoice. When I called to inquire about this I was told "it's posted on the desks" but it was never mentioned during the payment transaction.
