Walked in shortly before they closed, well we were buzzed in and for the 3 women to just ignore us for a hot minute while we stood there without acknowledging us. One said we are closed which I thought to myself, "why let us in?" I said I would be back and finally another one if the ladies said she would help us. Out of courtesy we gave her our info. We totally went with another insurance company after the poor customer service we received. We sincerely didn't feel welcome.
Angelica was very helpful, informative, and keeping us informed of the process as it unfolded. It was a very positive experience.
