I hate giving bad reviews, but perhaps this will prompt some change. Dropped car off at 9:30 for oil change and 'checkup'. Was told drop offs basically gave them "all day" to perform service. I provided brake pads IF it was necessary - was told I would get a call if that was necessary. At 2:30, I called to check on status, was told "several maintenance" recommendations, as "Carfax showed the car wasn't serviced since 9000 miles {64000 ago!}". I sent this message to Mike Johns almost 2 weeks ago, and have not heard anything back from them so im assuming they are not interested in my business or taken care of me! They serviced my first mini and did fantastic, but have dropped the ball significantly on this one! Cared for my car AND me! They made sure my brakes were flushed for a decent price and when my family schedule changed they made sure I had a ride to and from my home in the meantime- thanks. That kind of care will keep me returning.
