I rarely take the time to post reviews but I had such a great experience with Mike Johns that I felt I owed them this. First off, they were about $600 lower than all their competitors for front and rear brakes, spark plugs, and an oil change for a 5 series BMW. Second, I took my vehicle to them at 9am on a weekday and they assured me I would have it back by the end of the day, which I did. But their honesty really impressed me. 5 star experience at Mike Johns Imports! They got my BMW 428i back on the road in no time. Felt at ease the moment I walked through the door. They took the time to do a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of my car and walked me through their findings and plan to fix. They even got me a courtesy vehicle for a ride home.
