While I generally believe in supporting the dealer you buy your car from, to date I am disappointed in the service at Mike Jackson. Regular service appointments are ok but there is no attempt to go above and beyond- - unlike another dealer I have dealt with who always washed your car after servicing and had a driver to pick you up and take you home on long appointments.
