I bring all my cars here and always feel I have been treated well and given a competitive price. I recently had a couple of issues on my range rover that required some digging to figure out the issue but they found it in a timely manner and were able to fix it quickly. They are always willing to listen to the customer and never try and sell you a service you don't need. I was having a shifting issue, the car computer said it was a transmission issue. There was no evidence of a problem, but with careful observation when putting everything back together a leak was found near the trans/air conditioning filter in a very small place. Thank you OB and Michael.
Dealing with car problems is never fun but I am thankful to have a trustworthy friendly place to bring in my vehicle! I have had a hard time at previous mechanics trying to rip me off or add things but I fun have a regular place to bring any of my vehicle's and I know I can trust the diagnostics and their work! After having some engine work done they contacted me after a couple days to follow up on their work. I highly suggest you bring your vehicle here for any of your car needs!
I am not a morning person but had an 8am appt for diagnostics. The shop was clean and comfortable but I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a tech to arrive to begin the actual diagnostics. I wasn't charged for the time over an hour but no one likes to spend alot of unnecessary time in the lobby of an auto repair shop. They were friendly though!
The mechanics here are great and they really know their stuff. I was impressed with how fast they fixed the brakes on my truck. I would trust them with any future problems with my truck and definitely a better experience than taking it in to the dealer.
