We have had auto ins. for all our vehicles & have been very pleased with the claims process & expediency with which claims are processed. Many times we've needed to use the towing service & we bring the bill in person to Mike's office & within minutes we have a check in hand. At most it takes 24 hours, but usually it's instant.
