Mike’s office has always been great to us and our needs. What makes the office work so well and the reason we are with State Farm is Shelly, she is very responsive to all our questions and needs.
I have my home and auto insurance with State Farm and have been a client since 1991. I recently purchased a new car and needed to add the vehicle to my account and update my coverage. I worked with Shelly from this office. She is personable, friendly, and helpful. I was very satisfied with my experience.

The staff at this office is outstanding. They answer every question, handle issues quickly, and return calls immediately (but usually pick up on the first ring). I can’t recommend this office highly enough.
Shelly is amazing! I have been a State Farm customer for over 15 yrs. I can always rely on her for any questions, issues, etc.. she is responsive, caring, kind, communicative, a pleasure to talk to.. everything you would hope to experience in customer care.
