The Ladies in this office are very helpful & kind.
I've had insurance through Mike since I started driving. I now live in Searcy and have my homeowners insurance through his son, and my car insurance is through him. My family has had insurance through him since I can remember. I have no complaints. He's been great.
2/5 because although Mike Hart will answer personally to resolve issues, he does not handle things as professionally as he likes to claim. Will hit you with multiple increases in rates without sending you notices. Gets defensive when you ask for an explanation as to the increased billing - regardless of how many times you've discussed the exact issue you're still dealing with. Does not send letters/notices to the correct address. Expect him to say “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.”
