I paid Mike Hammer construction $24,000.00 to remove and replace my garage floor and driveway and add some additional concrete for a patio and stairs. He was also supposed to remove and replace the cap on my front porch wall. The finish on the concrete is awful. He poured too much at one time in the summer heat and the concrete set up before they could properly finish it. It looks terrible.
