Their online service portal said they were open, let me select a time, and book an appointment. I received both an email and text confirming my appointment date and time. I showed up for that appointment, just to be told they are closed. As most people, I have a busy schedule, and don’t live close. This was very inconvenient. Acura was my favorite brand for decades, and this service center used to be top-notch when Chris, Nick, and Ryan were there. They were trustworthy, and the work was solid. Since new management took over, the place has gone downhill fast. The techs do shoddy work, the advisors are dishonest, and the manager is condescending and chauvinistic. Recently, I spent hours there for them to tell me my battery was fine but I needed a new alternator. \$1300 and a couple more hours later, they replaced it—only for the check battery ligh... read more
They do good work. I've used their services three times. All 3 on a Saturday. Never had an issue. No "comebacks" the job was done right the first time. This last visit I had a lot of services completed including an Acura recall. It was completed the same day. Apparently the technician came in on Saturday specifically to do my vehicle and I appreciated that. Especially since the appointment was scheduled the day before. Maybe he needed the hours at a slow time I don't know but it was nice. Especially when I can only bring it ... read more
