Do not use these people. They are rude, incompetent and blame the customer to try and cover their poor communication. Also heard of other bad experiences from others in the industry. Completely stuffed my van. DO NOT RISK IT!
MY TRAUMATIC 7 HOUR "PICK UP" NIGHTMARE DAY. CUSTOMERS are the MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE in your yard. You need repeat + new customers by excellent word of mouth recommendations, social media accolades etc to stay in business. COVER UPS & LIES coming from the top will NOT achieve this. They took payment for 2 jobs that were so unsatisfactory the parts had to be removed. A 7 HOUR DAY FOR A SOLO SENIOR FEMALE + HER LITTLE OLD MATE (he's 91 in human years) in mid December heat just WONT CUT IT. just saying.
Highly recommended. We were a long way from home and needed repairs done to our caravan. These folks repaired our caravan for us while we had a few days on Kangaroo Island. The work was done on time and for a fair price. Done well too. .we are back on the road only a little behind schedule. Much appreciated the friendly service and sound advice.
Thanks to Heath and the team for the excellent job on our AOR hot water heater. Highly recommended.
