Dreadful people. They are DISHONEST. They added "EXTRA" parts to an Invoice costing me another $404.00. They ordered and installed a Purple Line Remote Control KIT for me. Total was $4,119.00. The "EXTRAS" were brackets, cables and fuses. I have the EMAIL FROM PURPLE LINE IN MELBOURNE, stating that :- "IF YOUR KIT WAS BRAND NEW THOSE ITEMS WOULD BE UNNECESSARY" I have naturally requested a refund, but they don't bother to reply. I have posted a Google Review.

Jan Evans PURPLE LINE REMOTE CONTROL ROLLER KIT and OTHER "INTERESTING INVOICES " The invoice in question is on their Google Review dated 28/5/24 with photo of invoice and the DAMNING REPLY from Purple Line. (They had ordered EXTRAS onto that Invoice worth $400....EVEN THO EVERYTHING WAS SUPPLIED IN THE KIT!!!!) I am still waiting for that refund + my having to replace the special P/Line Extended Drill Adaptor $65 + $20 for welding, YES, they charged me when they stripped the threads and put WELDING in the cavity to make it... read more
