Mike is prompt, professional and honest about the work and pricing.
He came out as planned. Did a good job at repairing my cut pex pipe. We didn't discuss the cost prior to doing the work. I was a bit surprised at how much he charged, but I was in a pinch to get it fixed and didn't complain. I'll know better next time to get a quote.
Hired to complete a needed job for nonprofit organization. Ridiculously overcharged us! The guy ordered me to hand him tools and hold flashlights. My Continuously yelling for help when I had my own work I was trying to complete. Suggest that he hires his own employee since he can't do it on his own. Had to take turns holding our flashlights for him for 2+hours. Very rude and unprofessional.
Charged me $292 per hour to install a simple 12 gallon hot water heater. We also helped him or it would have taken a lot longer. Yikes!
