Mike is ALWAYS professional, neat and clean with my house, always prompt, works with you scheduling service/maintenance, works quickly and efficiently and knows his business inside out! He's very knowledgeable and shares what he finds ("everything is spot on" or "X needs to be fixed/replaced") with the homeowner...so no surprizes.
