I would not use Teri Gilnack or Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties again for leasing services. In my experience, I paid a leasing fee but still handled much of the marketing, lease preparation, and tenant coordination myself. I also had difficulty obtaining complete leasing and move-in documentation, and some records I received were incomplete or missing signatures.
