Here’s the breakdown: - They raise your insurance without telling you. - They DONT respond to emails. Emailing them is a dead end. - Calling them is a waste of time since they can’t ever answer your questions on the spot, and agents are always “Busy”. - Mike Foley himself told me that insurance rates were raised because rates have gone up in Florida, blaming the state. This office got me a lower price then anyone else on my home and auto policies. Their staff is helpful and friendly and they offer great customer service!!!

After I move my second car from my policy I found out they keep charged me for the old car she was she was not on a contract anymore when I ask why you keep charging me for my Mini Cooper is not an assistant says policy is like that you keep charging for a car even though on the car anymore
