This review is intended for State Farm corporate, not sales. State Farm’s contracted towing company, Agero, damaged my vehicle. For over 5 months, I have been passed between State Farm and Agero with no resolution, no accountability, and no rental car provided while my vehicle awaits repairs for damage their vendor caused. Here’s the breakdown: - They raise your insurance without telling you. - They DONT respond to emails. Emailing them is a dead end. - Calling them is a waste of time since they can’t ever answer your questions on the spot, and agents are always “Busy”. - Mike Foley himself told me that insurance rates were raised because rates have gone up in Florida, blaming the state.
