Exceptional experience from initial contact to completion - 5 stars for communication, responsiveness, workmanship quality, professionalism, courtesy, sticking to timeline/budget, site cleanliness, and reasonable pricing. Mike started out on the "A" list when he actually got on the roof to see the areas of concern during the quotation process. He also reminded us that if the roof was old enough to replace, which it was, then the seals on the skylites may also be old enough to replace. Was that an up sell? Maybe, but it made a lot of sense, since I would replace all 3 if 1 breached and I would have to have someone mess with the roofing job I just paid to have done by an awesome roofer.
