I have posted a previous review and I got a response but I thought it was legit. I have since called and called and called to no avail. Only to be told over and over again by the front desk lady that they have no voicemail. I said can I leave a message and she said you'll have to tell that to him yourself. But no one ever answers to do that.

Ford should investigate this place’s SHADY SHADY practices. I went in for tire repair only to have the tire go flat the next day…might want to take down those “tire experts” posters, guys. Then, I went in to have my brakes done about a year later. When I told Charly that I didn’t want my brake fluid changed because I knew it wasn’t necessary he immediately became very aggressive and hateful telling me how bad that would allegedly be for my car. I’ve been using the service department here for several years for my F-150’s and have always received very good service from them. Mike, the service manager, has always been very helpful and responsive as well as Charlie the service writer and Ferdinand before him. I was in this morning for a brake job and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks Fitzpatrick Ford !

I used to love this place and have had 2 years of great service. Their old service manager quit and now the place is falling apart. They held my truck for over 6 weeks before even looking at it. Poor management and constant excuses whenever I called. Can not recommend visiting.
