Mike Ferris Properties owned our townhouse for the first year we lived in it. While there were some issues with the houses that were difficult to get fixed, there was always someone available on the Maintenance line, and serious issues always got resolved same day if possible. Other than that, the only gripes were fairly standard stuff. Never had any issues regarding rent, they even helped resolve an issue with noisy neighbors.
