The staff was wonderful! Very attentive, efficient and thorough in explaining everything. They even went through all the pricing before they provided the service. They were so gentle with my big boy, he didn't care if if he stayed or left. ;0)

We love Hermitage Animal Clinic. The receptionists, the vet techs and assistants, and the vets are all great. We've had to deal with a lot of loss the last couple years, and the compassion we have been shown by all the staff is amazing.
The Hermitage Animal Clinic team do a great job with our pets. They’ve walked us through the various phases of life with our dogs and been very caring and empathetic throughout. Recently they helped us with end of life decisions for our dog, and they made a hard part of pet ownership easier based on their thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
