The staff are friendly and helpful. We were worried our issue was big and it turned out to be so little that they fixed it for free. We didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and the work was done fast.
Put my car in the ditch on a snowy day and got it towed to Mike Fair's collision centre. Working with my insurance was an absolute nightmare, combined with some bad luck on my part, but Mark made sure my vehicle was back on the road with constant updates and never left me in the dark, no matter how long it took to complete. I have never received this level of service from any shop, ever. Not even the one I bought the car from.
