Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I bought a new 2024 traverse in October of 2024 and has been nothing but problems. The first day, the phone charger did not work. Recently after, the middle row speakers stopped working. Christmas Day the check engine light came on and caused loss of power. Finally got a service appointment and the service tech was so rude.
