I brought my car in for a specific issue, and 5 hours later, I was sent a video from the technician telling me about a bunch of other supposed issues that I never asked for anyone to look at. Im here from out of town. They refused me service and said I needed to have my car shipped home and rent a car because that would save me money when all I need is a oil change and a few ither basic services.
Even tho I'm at erdman Nissan they are very helpful and always take care of us..
Absolute best service I've experienced at a dealership. The receptionist was very kind. She also got me in day after my call. I brought in my truck with an aggressive shake & lots of concern. I left with zero. Robert was informative & insanely helpful when it came to finding a viable option to get me on the road.
