Absolute best service I've experienced at a dealership. The receptionist was very kind. She also got me in day after my call. I brought in my truck with an aggressive shake & lots of concern. I left with zero. Robert was informative & insanely helpful when it came to finding a viable option to get me on the road. He also helped me through unforseen payment issues that could have been a nightmare. Cameron was my technician. Was told over the phone that a loaner vehicle could be arranged and that the transmission flush is $365. I got there and asked about the loaner, and he said let's diagnose it first. Then three+ hours later still no diagnosis. Finally after getting the diagnosis he said the transmission flush was $515, and only after waiting an hour for it to be done was I offered a loaner car, at which point, what's the use?
