Unfortunately, I have had the worst experience dealing with this office. I am disappointed and disgusted by the complete disregard I have experienced from Mike and Jody Ellison in dealing with my insurance claim regarding damage caused by a leak in my kitchen. Needless to say, I will no longer be using their services.
I'm a 3rd generation customer of this insurance agency and always have a great experience working with Jodi.
