Mike Douglas Plumbing is running scam. When I spoke to the office, I ask them the cost of different garbage disposal and labor cost to replace one. The office clueless about labor or unit cost. When the service person arrived he tried up sell me unit and labor for $675.00. I told him I wanted a builder model unit and what is the cost of unit and labor. He would only give a package price. I called Mike Douglas plumbing at 2:20 p.m. today needing a new water heater. Was expecting to have to wait days for this. Well much to my surprise they dispatched Dave Petri a service technician who arrived promptly shortly after 3 p.m. By 5:30 p.m. a brand new water heater was installed. I am more than impressed with Mike Douglas Plumbing and Dave Petri, Service Tech

The girl who answers their phone is RUDE! The plumber they sent walked out when I asked him one question. He threw an "over his shoulder" comment at me , saying " find another plumber " Overall Mike Douglass Plumbing was a nightmare for me!
