Run! Don't walk! Don't fall for the nice advertisements. I wish I would have read these reviews before I called Mike Diamond Plummers. First off, tried to make an appointment for Sunday morning for kitchen sink being stopped up. They said they could not come out till Monday morning between 8:00 and 12::00 and would call 30 minutes before they were coming. My husband took the morning off and by 11:30, still no call. Their plumbers are polite, clean and efficient however they are EXPENSIVE. They use a fixed price quote policy and don't break down time and materials. I had to replace a hot water valve under the kitchen sink and it ended up costing $490. That included $99 just to get them to come out and estimate. The valve is available at hardware stores for $26.00. They were on the job for less than an hour.
