Lakeside Auto Sales is terrible Lakeside Motors fail again! My friend wife and I went in to Lakeside pre-owned & new vehicles dealership to try and fix their original problem of them selling me a car that 'needs nothing' & 'mechanically sound' (1995 bmw 325is) for $4400. After taking it to a mechanic I found out that it needed $3500 worth of suspension/anti-lock brakes/battery repair! I brought my friend with me because I did not trust these guys anymore. Lakeside Auto Sales is a crappy place to do business. I just recently bought a 2003 mitsubishi montero from Lakeside motors, after being assured by Moses himself that there was nothing wrong with the car, and if there was, I could purchase a 900.00 dollar warranty that would take care of anything that was wrong with it. I took it to the dealership to ahve it serviced, and ti turns out that it needs a new motor, and the warranty would not honor it. Lakeside Auto Sales is A rip Off Stay Away at all cost! These people are Scam artist! Bought a 1998 Honda C-rv form them on 6/6/09 Transmission started slipping in 3rd gear 3 weeks later. They told me that i was on my own on that And that they could not fix the problem. Would not return phone calls...Scamed me real good. 7000 dollars down the drain. Now I have to take them to small claims court. And the car fax report was faked...turns out the honda was wrecked . Take your business somewhere else. Take it from me..

Is there a no-star rating? I was skeptical at first, to purchase a vehicle from a small used car dealer for all of the reasons that one might expect. I thought, however, that I would do enough research on the vehicle and my findings would trump any misleading car dealer. I was wrong. When a dealer leaves you in the cold as the car dies on a test drive You might say I was lucky to have the car die on me (when the car stops with just enough momentum to stall on the middle lane, then the battery is obviously dead, and the emergency signal works for about 15 minutes before dying too while it is getting dark outside ) because at least I know the car is not for me and not for anybody who wants to actually drive it on extreme conditions.
