Mike fit us into his schedule immediately. He's very knowledgable, kind and trustworthy. We didn't think we'd be able to get our stains up, but with the extra attention and care Mike took while cleaning our carpets, he managed to do it. He explained that the stains will surface again and why...but for now, he's done a better job than any other cleaning business we've tried. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Mike for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
