Well I am all about supporting local company’s however, NOT this one…. After 3 rebooks due to weather. The 4th attempt (perfect weather) no show. When the lady answering the phone said there was a problem with the truck, I understood. She felt bad and spoke to the driver, who “GUARANTEED” a pump out the next day. Next day came and went (over the weekend). Called on Tuesday (Mon holiday) to see what happened and was advised the driver just up and quit. When I asked to yet again rebook she was unable to do so. Absolute joke of a company/business. I called to get septic pumped in May and booked a date. They didn't show, and gave excuses. I booked again in June, truck broke lots of excuses again....no show.... I waited my turn again for a 3rd time and again no show........ now in September the 4th chance no show after confirmation..... 4 times booked 4 excuses..... no calls to say they weren't coming any time ! Won’t be using this company based on how I’ve seen their employees behave in my neighbourhood. One incident they were doing burnouts for fun. And just today one guy was sitting in the truck harassing people as they went by, seemed intoxicated.
This is a late review but Mike Clarke septic company jetted our septic field a few years ago. I want to say that the workers were efficient and the price point was unbeatable. After speaking with a handful of companies in the industry, this company felt most genuine and knowledgeable.
Promptly notified when heavy rain required rescheduling. Showed up two days later as stated and did a fine, clean pumpout. Polite and friendly driver as well.
