I want to thank Mike and Scott for coming out to look at our Air conditioner it was leaking water onto the floor in laundry room They came out at 800pm And had it fixed in about an hour. They really do great work
Mike is excellent!! Had my air working great! I would highly recommend him.
Said they were going to help. First guy had no Idea what part was needed, that's what the second guy from them said. Second one said he would check on warranty for compressor but never got back to us and never answered any of our calls after that. We got tired of asking for a call back and are now trying to find a another company!
7/8/2025: Cold output of A/C this morning was kaput, outside temperature 81, humidity 79%, inside temp 78, wife cranky. Replaced furnace filter, a/c fan running, still no cool air. Could it be low on Freon??? Based solely on reviews, called Mike Carver HVAC LLC at approximately 0900. Informed a service tech was at Rosemount, who arrived less than an hour and replaced capacitor…viola! Wife no longer cranky!
