after many many years of being a customer, they "dropped" me due to 2 tickets and an accident between my husband and I. The accident that occurred in Feb 2020, was noted as my fault though it was not per police report. I was stopped on hey 90 at right and driver fell asleep under the wheel. hit me full speed at 55mph. he was not licensed and not insured. Amazingly nice and helpful staff. My calls and questions are always answered, they consistently try to get me the best deal and look at the discounts we qualify for, and are always understanding if I need to pay a few days late when money gets tight. Huge change from my experiences with progressive! Special shoutout to Tasha! She is forever helpful and happy to do it.
