We have 4 vehicles and renters insurance with these guys.. I have not had any issues yet. Christina is very nice to us and she takes care of what we need and ask about... State Farm prices are a bit high as a company base but from what I hear state farm is realy the only agency that does get the job done in an accident or so... We know frim first hand thanks to my brother. A bad review does not make them bad. Some have issues and decide to tear them up. I understand and we are sometime unfortunate... Good Luck to all

DON'T COME! The worst customer service I have ever had.
DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE FOR INSURANCE!! I, and my family, have been with this State Farm office for years with no issues. Since having a new vehicle insured with them in 2017, I have had nothing but problems. The assistant Christina does not listen. She combined the plans of two vehicles that I specifically asked her not to, she intentionally did not put me on paperless billing as I requested and it has caused major issues for me with the state DMV including hundreds of dollars worth of fines all because the assistant doe... read more
