Everything was great..Nancy who runs the front office is fabulous at communication and NEVER tries to pad the bill. The service was fast and accurate. They did a through assesment of needs and preformed them well. Precious little doggies to greet all.

We had a flat tire at almost closing time on Friday evening, they were so kind and helped us out so we could get back to Cullowhee!
I cannot say enough good things about the professional and quality service we recently received at Mike Byer Auto Repair. I highly recommend them! My daughter just moved to Asheville from NJ and the clock spring in her SUV broke (controls airbags, horn, impacts steering, etc.). I generally feel like I’m getting bent over when I take my car for service. These people do good work and I can’t imagine they would take advantage of anyone. Nancy is the one you’ll deal with. She so efficient, professional, honest and nice. Can’t say enough about this place
