Completely unprofessional. Stay away if you own a bmw. These people mark up parts 200-400%. They quoted $800 to replace a disa valve, which I had actually paid them to fix 2 years ago. And they couldn't even pull records of the name brand for the part so I knew which one not to get next time. I replaced it myself for $65. When I attempted to schedule another diagnosis they declined to accept my vehicle because I was doing some mechanics myself. They are a ripoff and will take advantage of you if they can.
