TERRIBLE LANDLORD!! Don't expect to get your security deposit back. He will have a contractor (one that he's in cahoots with) write a bogus bill for "repairs" that never got done or even needed to be done in the first place. Waiting on my small claims court date aginst him now. Don't believe any of these recent 5 star reviews, he is paying tenants $25 to leave them. Lol. Don't make the same mistake i did and rent from "Magic Mike" (unless you want to donate your hard earned money to this crook!)

Mike is an easy going landlord, and he takes great care in maintaining all of his properties.
I’ve been renting from Mike for about six years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better landlord! He’s incredibly fair, understanding and easy to reach & communicate with. He keeps the rent affordable, which is very much appreciated. Whenever I’ve needed anything from maintenance, they responded promptly and have been respectful of my apartment and are careful not to let my cats out, which is super important to me! I rented from Mike for 4 years, during that time he always responded quickly when I reached out for any issues or questions. I appreciated that my rent was reasonable and my building was quiet and well maintained. When I moved out, I cleaned my apartment according to the move out instructions in my lease and received my full security deposit back. I would 100% rent from Mike again if I needed an apartment!
