Do not rent from this clown. Definition of slumlord. Wants his rent but doesn't fix anything. I lived in a unit with a heating issue where the unit struggled to stay above 65 in the winter. He never fixed it. I threatened to report him and he called me and verbally attacked me. Meanwhile, he's out having a big nice wedding, losing weight, and collecting rent from tenanats he doesn't give 2 craps about. I'd never ever had such a terrible experience (or even close to it) than I had on many occasions with Mike. I should have known when I first met him that it was a red flag that HE was late, yet emphatic of me to be on time. Anytime a call was made about the toilet not flushing correctly, or in the winter when there was no working heat (EVEN AFTER PAYING A BILL YOU DIDN'T KNOW WAS LEGITIMATE OR NOT), he'd either respond with a short or nasty text, or somehow blame me for his place and his failings there in terms of maintenanc... read more
TERRIBLE LANDLORD!! Don't expect to get your security deposit back. He will have a contractor (one that he's in cahoots with) write a bogus bill for "repairs" that never got done or even needed to be done in the first place. Waiting on my small claims court date aginst him now. Don't believe any of these recent 5 star reviews, he is paying tenants $25 to leave them. Lol. Don't make the same mistake i did and rent from "Magic Mike" (unless you want to donate your hard earned money to this crook!)
