Lived in the brick building on pearl and pine street for over 3 years. Never had an issue, rent was more than reasonable. Got my entire security deposit back, I just kept the place clean and left it the way I found it.
If I could give -0 stars, I would. I lived at one of Mikes properties under 2 years and asked for over a year for a mold problem to be addressed considering I have children who already have breathing issues which never was. He finally sent a “handyman” to look at something else & told him “not to worry about the mold, it’s just the laminate”. I spent 5 hours cleaning mold out of the freezer & scraping grease from the oven when I moved into his unit. I asked for screens in my windows & was told “it’s cold out so maybe in the ... read more
I have found Mike to be a wonderful landlord. His rent is reasonable and his apartments are well maintained. He is responsive if something is needed to be fixed and sends a maintenance person over if needed. These days it is difficult to find a landlord that keeps rent at a reasonable rate, maintains their property, includes some utilities and cares about their tenants. I would recommend renting from Mike.
WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY ! I FEEL SO BAD FOR YOUR TENANTS NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS !!!
