Jake was great! Awesome communication. The carpet is amazing quality with the comfiest pad underneath. Fast install and arrived early!
I would not use them again. We used them to carpet our new house, just a few years ago. They used what looked like a second on the first level. It had tons of lines through out the carpet. It looked really bad. We asked for a refund on that carpet. They improperly installed the main level carpet and came to repair it but it’s never laid correctly. All the carpet is now buckling. Americarpets did a beautiful job measuring and installing carpet throughout our whole house. They completed the job quickly and the cleanup was amazing. We definitely recommend them.
Had a great experience with my whole house carpet replacement. The entire staff from extimator, office and installers were very professional, and answered all questions. Was also grateful the installers bilingual ability, speaking English, to be able to communicate with them directly.
