Had a skylight that had a slight leak. I believed it to be a bad seal. Called Boucher roofing and Mike was the one that came out. He found the problem right away and scheduled a service call, when again he came out and put the correct sealant on and just in time. Mothers Day weekend it rained and no leak.
A huge "thank you" to Mike Boucher Roofing and his team! We had a quick response for an inspection and bid. Mike made suggestions on color (shingle color to accent the trim on our home--it was beautiful and we were very happy with it), additional roof vents to help with summer heat , and a nicely designed chimney cap- that we were all on board with! I called Mike to replace a rusty worn out chimney cap, he arrived the next day to give me a fast, fair estimate to complete the job. Required no money up front and was back three days later to install the new cap and spark arrestor. He installed it quickly and took the rusty old one with him to discard for me. I highly recommend Mike Boucher roofing!

Mike did an inspection of my roof after I had it completed by another contractor and I had some concerns about his workers who were careless dropping things in my pool throwing my patio furniture around and bending my gutters. He was completely professional took pictures and made some recommendations on a few fixes. Overall my new roof was fine and my roofer completed those repairs. Mike refused to charge me for this.
