After two unreturned calls from other companies, our neighbors recommended Mike Boucher. Katy and Mike were both great to work with. Katy was sweet and thorough with communication. Mike took time to explain our options and pricing seemed reasonable. They got the job done well and we’re happy with our chimney!
I had a small roof leak that occurred around a roof penetration. Mike Boucher came over the next morning to have a look and quickly determined that the leak was caused by a cracked boot that needed replacement. I was contacted by the office right away and immediately added to their schedule. A couple of days later, actually a day ahead of schedule, one of Mike's roofers, Eddie, made the repair that included the new boot and some replacement shingles that matched beautifully. Had a roof leak from one of the pipes vents. This been going for quite some time every time there is rain with wind. Did some research and found Mike Boucher roofing. I contacted them via text or email and they responded very quickly to my inquiry. Mrs Katy coordinated time and date for Mike to check and determine the leak problem. It was determined that the seals around the pipes were torn and that cause the water to run down in to the ceiling. Mike and his team did an excellent job installing underlayment and shingles on our roof. They were fast, efficient and tidy. The communication was clear and the whole job went in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.
