To begin with a 3 to 4 months to build took over 10 months. The quality of his sub was awful, especially the tile man. The tile floor in both bathrooms had to be redone, one was redone 6 times. Just had storm door installed on back porch and the door frame is not square, but I guess that is expected when they mostly only worked Tuesday through Wednesday for most of the weeks, some weeks not at all.
