The guys at Lake Area Heating and Air is an awesome team through and through! My AC system went out right before the weekend, and one of the Repair Technicians (Darren) came out to inspect to see if he would be able to fix it for a reasonable price. My system was almost 20 years old so he advised that it would most likely be more cost effective to replace it rather than repair something every 6-12 months until it finally quits. Outstanding service. They replaced my AC about a year ago. I tried to replace my filter with a new one which I bought from them and could not get the cover to go back on. I called them and asked if someone could come out and install it for me as soon as possible as it is so hot out. Within an hour the owner came to our house, installed the filter and told me how to get the cover back on and all at no charge. Unbelievable great service.

Been getting my yearly service done for the last 5 years with them. 3 years ago did a good job replacing my booster. Just had our AC die entirely. Coolant leak in 13 year old condenser, was looking at 4 grand for replacement and 9 pounds of coolant recharge... opted for a whole replacement for 8 grand instead. They had 2 guys here the next day. Full replacement took about 5 hours. Ice cold air since.
