Have you technician came, Jeffrey, was professional and very knowledgeable. You didn't outstanding job taking care of the problem with my A/C.. I would recommend him and like area heating and cooling to anyone needing HVAC work.
We agree with the other ratings - they are top class. You know how stressful it is when your AC dies and it's hot out and your house is heating up as well. You ask for recommendations and hope you made the right choice. Then you realize your AC needs to be replaced and it's not like you want to take a week thinking about it as the inside is approaching 90 degrees! The team at Lake Area Heating and Air is fantastic! Our A/C went out and within a couple of days Jeremy and his team had us up and running with a new system. They were fair and honest with pricing. They listened to our needs and concerns and accommodated us. We highly recommend Jeremy and his team at Lake Area Heating and Air! Truly a small town business with exceptional customer service.
I called this morning about 7:30 and left a message about our central A/C not working. The air handler fan was blowing but no cool air since about 9 pm last night. They called back at 8:10 and said a technician would be dispatched asap. Justin Bertie arrived at 8:40 and by 9:30 the system was diagnosed, repaired and producing cold air. Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Lake Area Heating and Air! They came out this weekend and fixed not only our air conditioner, but also my in-laws’—both in the same weekend.
