After calling them with a heating problem Cason showed up in less than an hour and had us up and running in no time and in this weather it was needed. Great company and great workers. I wouldn't call anyone else.
Great experience today! My mom had her system go out the day before we are supposed to see our coldest temps in a long long time. Jeremy and his team came out, diagnosed and went over everything with them in person and with me over the phone. Ordered everything to replace the system and had it installed same day, communication and professionalism was top notch! Would easily recommend them for any of your needs! Quality service at it's best.
Do NOT confuse them with Bertie Heating and Air in G'ville (why they changed the name). Excellent communication, prompt service, affordable. Came out to look at the heater element that wasn't working, answered all my questions and replace a relay switch that died. Will definitely use them again for ALL my A/C needs.
1/26/26 - I called them out to do basic maintenance / a check up on my AC. Carson came and took care of us. Thank you.
