The Medicare rebate wouldn’t process after our appointment. Mike said not to worry because Medicare would pay the rebate even if we sorted it out later, so I paid for multiple sessions out of pocket thinking he knew what he was talking about. It turns out the doctor had made a mistake and not registered the referral with Medicare. Medicare refused to pay rebates for any of the sessions we had before registration.
