The team is wonderful, but State Farm as insurance is NOT a good neighbor-- Kicked me off my insurance plan after $400 in road-side claims over years. I've spent thousands with this company, but was dropped for claims COVERED by my plan. I asked if anything was mentioned in my plan about what is defined as "too many claims," and they said there wasn't a clear number and you could be dropped at anytime over any amount of years. Not trustworthy and their targeted ads are very deceiving as they market easy road-side assistance.... read more
Skye is a wonderful employee! I had to stop in to the office and return their beacon and cancel the insurance policy on a car I had surrendered back to the bank. She was very kind. I was visibly upset and she told me she was so sorry and that she would take care of it. The best part of a terrible day.
Prompt friendly customer service and always so easy to reach. This has been one of the most pleasant experiences with auto insurance for me. I am really happy with State Farm and haven't gotten quotes as affordable from anyone else.
