I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Mike Baker Brick in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Three years ago, we built our home and worked with a local contractor who ultimately stole over $50,000 from us. After the brick work was completed, I contacted Mike Baker Brick to arrange returning unused materials. I was initially told that once a bundle was opened, it could not be refunded. This place sucks - the salesman told me that there was plenty of inventory….. NOT!!!!!! Had to order - was 3 weeks - now 6 weeks- been paying for dumpster and portable toilets- Now ready to ship the week of thanksgiving- yeah it will be here!!!! Do Not trust the salesman - if it is not there - yeah well salesman lied or did not know what he had in stock!!!!! They stink!!!!
Just needed to match a small amount of repair mortar. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
