I've never had so many problems. Wayne is the worst at communication and following up with anything. Not only that, he had opened up two separate home owners policies on the same property. Me, only knowing about one that was needed, the other was sent to collections. He has been nothing but a headache. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for any sort of communication and or reliability.
I cancelled my policy over a year ago partly because I found cheaper rates but a lot of the issue was the lack of communication/ not being able to reach anyone at the office. On 11-3-20 I received an email saying I was being enrolled in paperless billing, this was about a year after (I thought) I cancelled my auto and home owner's policy. Around that time I also received a bill for my policy renewal, which was news to me because I thought I cancelled my policy. Honestly it breaks my heart to leave this review. We've been with these guys for over 23 years they've always been good. But of recent I had left messages for weeks with no call back and I was in absolute NEED of my agent. The insurance company couldn't and wouldn't help me. We needed to test drive a car. We only have liability so I needed to change 1 of our cars to full just to test drive. We had to have my elderly mother test-drive it with us in the car, not ideal at all.
