Decent facilities, poorly managed. After moving and not being able to use membership (more than 6 weeks) I called and asked to cancel. They insisted I needed to come in to do so, so at my first opportunity (see 'I moved') I went up there to cancel. I was told that 'we bill in advance, so we are going to charge you for the next week' (actually 10 days).
