If I can prevent you from bringing your car here, I did a great deed I brought my car in here cause I had to have a dealership run diagnostics. They told me it would take 24-72 hours. Okay, long time, but fine, i understand. They had nothing to report on my car issues until a full week later. Then had to wait another week to get the car back. Old guy that works in parts department super super rude, I haven’t seen so rude guy that works in parts department whole my life, he didn’t give me quote with parts prices and he wants me to tell him do I want to order parts or not, he should give me estimate with parts prices first so than I can decide if I want to order parts or not, I’m not gonna do any business with those guys here, I’d rather travel 50 miles to find better service than bring my car to those as

Took my vehicle as i had no choice due to my trans going out, they took 3 weeks to return my truck and they told me they would call me whenever they had any news and that never happened. Service personnel are very unprofessional especially that tony guy i could not get one word in as he kept cutting me off trying to explain to me something I already new about my car, told me nobody was working on my car but i kept getting alerts from on star telling my doors and hood kept getting opened but they were waiting for my warranty ... read more

Beware the stealership, they make you wait an hour and a half before quoting your work so you feel compelled to say yes. They must be desperate.
