Stay clear!! Request an itemized list and don’t leave anything in the house that you don’t want sold even if you explicitly told them not to sell it! They sold the wreath off of my front door and my plants and planters off of the front porch! We told them numerous times not to touch specific items and they disregarded our requests. They paid for the planters but dropped off a cheap wreath from who knows where! They tracked mud throughout the house and turned off my sprinkler system. Very unprofessional.
