Matt was fantastic at helping us find the vehicle we needed. In fact the whole team there is great!
Just picked up an incredible 2022 F-150 from Matt. I'm based in St. Louis, but worked with Matt and Ron to purchase the truck remotely. Matt was great on the phone and took comprehensive photos and videos of the truck to make sure that I could see everything going on with it before I arrived to pick it up. The team is easy to work with, very communicative, and you can tell that customer service is first and foremost for their entire team. I'll be recommending Matt and Mike Albert to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
Terrible customer service, no respect at all to their customers, heard the employees using profanity in the background to hang up on me when I have been respectful the whole time. If you can avoid working with them, I would highly suggest going with another dealership!
