Recently purchased a cargo van and had a great experience. Mike is a standup guy that definitely backs up his product. There was a check engine light that came on the day we went to pick up the vehicle, and without hesitation he offered to give us the opportunity to get it diagnosed and repaired at no cost. Purchased a vehicle from Mike in September. Within the first hour of picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on for the O2 sensor and the fan blower motor resistor. I dropped off the vehicle for Mike and he had the vehicle for a few days. He fixed the blower motor resistor and made an attempt to fix the check engine light (replaced the exhaust gasket) but the check engine light came back on.
