It was horrible, took my car in for broken front brake line I paid for the work and when I started my car the ABS warning light was on. So went back Iin. The receptionist tells me it was like that when I brought it in. 🤔 nowhere in the work order was there any mention about ABS. So they replaced ABS sensor and say that it is a coincidence that it broke just after they worked in that area , I didn’t even drive away from the lot. I've returned home after living out of the country for 10.5 years and I'm so thankful that Mikasa Automotive still operating! They did an out of province (out of country) inspection on my vehicle, which was extremely thorough. My car now drives much better and has passed the provincial inspection requirements, despite its age (it's a 2007 Toyota). They kept me informed about the primary problem. The sprinter motorhome had a “delete” done 2 years ago by a different shop. It was not driving well /flat. They diagnosed a mistake made and it is driving much better.
