Mikasa has been in business for over 14 years in Tracy and running strong. Starting with great customer service. The food was delicious. They served us both Imported and tap Sapporo beer. Rolls of sushi where consistent and very tasty. Eel sauce is a must. Overall had a great meal experience and I highly recommend it. I'm definitely coming back.
The atmosphere was okay.But the servers were really loud.So much talking, I can barely hear anything.The food was below a par. Soggy rice and I was told, that's just the style of the roll.All the years that i've been having sushi and never have I ever got a soggy roll unless the rice was overdone. Salmon dynamite is didn't even get to taste because i couldn't even pick it up. It completely fell apart wet. This the first time here and it will be the last time here.
This place has roaches. We reported this to the county. Please be careful eating here
I ordered via telephone broccoli and beef, but no beef because i didn't want the meat. When I got there, they charged me $20 for basically an order of broccoli. Since the to go container was of good size I just paid and left. When I got home and opened it, the actual amount of broccoli was less than half the plate and they had a big bowl of rice with a side of lettuce next to it!!!! I was outraged
